How would you like to spend your day outside Bucharest, hiking, away from the hustle and bustle? You’ve probably heard of Prahova Valley, and the beautiful, small and quiet cities, at the foot of the mountains.
Add some fantastic panoramic views of Bucegi Mountains, and the puzzle is complete.

Detailed program:
Early start and transfer to Busteni, from where we start our lovely tour in Baiului Mountains.
Baiului is very popular among those who like hiking, cycling and ski touring. For photography lovers this is the perfect place for enjoying panoramic views!
We will pass by Cantacuzino Castle, built in neo – Romanian style, famous for its artwork and splendid view to Bucegi Mountains. Shortly after that we will enter the forest and climb up Zamora.
We will follow the marked trail (red cross) that will take us directly to Baiului ridge. It is an enjoyable hike through the forest that will make you want to explore more! The forest trail is winding and beautiful.
After two hours…..surprise, we’ll be face to face with…Bucegi Mountains! With a few stops along the way for pictures and snacks we will traverse on the ridge towards Azuga. Once in Azuga we will descend on the ski slope and get back to civilization.
Our tour will end in Azuga and from there we will catch a cab to get back to Busteni. From Busteni we’ll drive back to Bucharest.

IMPORTANT: The program can be altered on the spot, depending on weather conditions and other relevant aspects such as the physical condition of the participants.
Prices: for groups of 2 – 3 (115 EUR/person); for groups of 4 – 6 (98 EUR/person). For singles the price is 220 EUR.
Services included in the package: transport by private car or minibus (depending on the group size), guide services.
Services not included in the package: meals and other personal expenses.
